Change of Mind
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size, or if you no longer want the item after purchase. Please choose carefully and contact us before buying if you have any questions about an item.
Faulty or Not as Described
In accordance with the Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a refund, exchange, or repair if the item you receive:
Is faulty or defective,
Does not match the description or photos provided, or
Is not fit for the purpose described.
If your item meets one of these criteria, please notify us in writing within 14 days of receiving it, including clear photos and a detailed description of the issue.
Return Process

We will assess your claim and provide instructions for returning the item if eligible.
Items must be returned in the same condition as received.
Return Shipping
If your return is due to our error or a fault, we will cover reasonable return shipping costs.
If the item is returned without meeting the above criteria, the cost of return shipping will be your responsibility.
Store Credit
Where appropriate, we may offer store credit valid for 12 months instead of a refund.
