Of course, your rights are protected under Australian Consumer Law. If your item arrives faulty, not as described, or isn’t fit for purpose, you’re entitled to a refund, exchange, or repair.
If this happens, please get in touch with us within 14 days of receiving your order, including your order number and clear photos of the issue. Items will need to be returned in the same condition they were received.
If the fault is on our end, we’ll happily cover the return shipping. If not, return postage will be your responsibility.
